Sounds like MIN and ALB no longer JVing on chemical plants.
Very much going it alone to build our own chemical capacity in WA.
"MinRes will no longer invest in any Chinese conversion assets with Albemarle and will not make any payments to Albemarle for joint downstream investments."
China investment was risky and limiting to customer base so happy we're out of that arrangement. All of our SC6 is now back on the table for offtakes or strategic partnerships.
