Why don't instead ask yourself why there are not enough retail or insti (if any) investors buying and supporting the shareprice??? The buy back is to remove some of our bloated SOI off market leaving the remaining shares more intrinsically valuable. The market clearly doesn't value these shares, which continue to gain intrinsic value both through production and the buyback, very highly. Otherwise SP would be going up. If you want SP to go up I recommend all the Moaning Mary's on here to go buy some shares and suck up this selling liquidity.
