When I wrote earlier that the EPA might stamp the (still incoming) ERD ‘soon’ it was with reference to posts from two knowledgeable posters here who expected maiden approval ‘by end of this quarter/early next quarter.’

@Akida has kindly shared photos of a due process that must be followed once the ERD is submitted.

Assuming a best case scenario where all is now in order in regards the updating process, and that by Friday week (or before) it has been passed around and approved by all stakeholders - including those who have previously raised issues, then submitted to the EPA by end of July (or before) ….….
And there are no further objections ..
.. What please would you say is the fastest time in which the EPA could complete its’ due process stuff and give the approvals?
