Agree Naydoe, my reckoning is that likely resource of 30Mt @ 2.5%> has been identified with a likely further 100Mt of ore with a grade between 0.5%- 1.25%.
The high grade portion is likely to contain large amounts of very high grade ore which will be used as initial feed to ensure debt is repaid early. Looks increasingly like a highly profitable long life Nb mine generating around $300m pa. cashflow operating on a margin of around $10,000 per ton Nb.
Back of envelope figures yes,but maybe not far of the mark?
