I’m starting to smell a rat here.
Inventory purchases have been the largest expenditure over the last 4 to 5 quarters. Looking at the company balance sheet as at end June 2022 (Half Yearly Report) inventory purchases are much higher than what was used during the same period.
To what extent is the board building up inventory?
To what extent does this impact the net profit?
To what extent does the net profit impact SP?
To what extent does this then keep the SP low while the directors keep buying more and more shares?
I’d be interested to see the current company balance sheet once released in the next couple of weeks.
