The main reason why the SP has dropped today is because any shares bought today do not count towards the 7c entitlement offer, i.e. today is the Ex-date. There will less buyers in the market because any existing shareholders will mainly buy via their 7c entitlement offer and the possible shortfall entitlement offer. IMO the SP will bump around between 7c - 8c until Monday 14th August when the the entitlement offer shares come onto the market.
