@George1972 if you disagree that the above waiver was not the proper process I would be keen to find out why.

@samfiodiving was completely correct when he said existing shareholders are prejudiced by changing the date and is completely against ASX listing policy

I sent email to the secretary Mr Phillip Hains through the general website but dont know how effective this was. Perhaps , anyone who had a better direct line can also put the question why the company didnt seek the waiver to keep things fair and importantly in keeping with the Listing policy .
