Again lol. The company is managing the buyback (and our money) prudently by siting on the bid. Which unfortunately for us investors is getting lower and lower. It is not for them to manipulate the market higher or even maintain a given price. Nobody does this.
It is for sentiment to change and buyers to arrive. If they blew all their (/our) dough supporting a briefly higher price for all the sellers that are clearly still about, we would be through the cash set aside for buyback with nothing to show other than sellers got to sell at a higher price for a short period of time and a larger number of residual SOI, which is not in the interests of any long term investor.
