Might be enough to announce a technology deal with a global tech to move the needle.
However, BRN allegedly has many commercial licenses signed-off but...
- Some have been announced (Mercedes, Megachip etc.), but many are Commercial In Confidence
- The existence of a commercial license marks the beginning of the R&D process (although, they may have fiddled around with an Akida board first - they're only $500 - I know, i've got one). It could be 3 to 5 years before they have a product ready to launch and then start paying royalties. They might get a bit of tech fees and a sign-on fee - but that's chump change.
UNLESS! They sign with a truly BIG name tech (Apple, IBM, Microsoft, Tesla, Intel, Samsung etc.) or global industrial powerhouse like ABB. SICK, GE, etc. trouble is - don't think they like broadcasting their punches.
Best we can hope for is that BRN already did that 3 years ago (not made public) and a high volume product that includes Akida IP is about to hit the market.
A new iPhone is about to come out (iPhone 15 series in September 2023)
