According to their website, Yorkville advisors LLC (YA) has also offered line of credit to companies such as AXO and SBM. Doesn't seem to deter the SP much as it is trading at much higher than the time the equity was approved. Whereas for PEN, most speculative stocks have been hammered the last 6 months or so and NXS has mercury issues at their longtom gas field. Ultimately it is up to the management to amend the current situation and provide some sort of confidence in the company and its future direction.
