$1 now or another 3-4 years and a CR before CF33 is anywhere near ready to commercialise, and a possible decline of another 80-90% from current levels? I'd take the $1 for sure.
We only live so long, and that's a very long time to have your capital doing nothing but decrease while you could be growing it elsewhere (or living while you can).
I'd be rightfully ready for it to end as well.
