It make sense to hammer the SP down and keeping getting issued shares issued at the lowest price. Any large Large Fund Provider main obligation is to maximize returns for its share holder. So hammering the price down helps them to get more shares issued at lower capital.
IT IS SIMPLE, NOT A ROCKET SCIENCE. THAT IS WHAT "YA GLOBAL" DOES MAXIMIZE RETURN FOR ITS INVESTMENT.
