Fact: all the bears have been saying for a long time there are plenty of homes and the supply situation is a "myth" There are multiple threads on this forum, multiple.
yet UT points out that Jason is trying to argue a point from opposing views - have it both ways

implying we don't currently have enough supply as his other arguement is housing is unaffordable and must drop.
so Jason, can you clarify your opinion.
