    UT, its like having a discussion with a brick wall when you get answers like this

    so we are to assume "you guys" doesn't include UT even though the whole conversation was only between themselves??



    Fact: all the bears have been saying for a long time there are plenty of homes and the supply situation is a "myth"
    There are multiple threads on this forum, multiple.

    yet UT points out that Jason is trying to argue a point from opposing views - have it both ways

    JJ "An ample supply of houses would lead to affordable housing"

    implying we don't currently have enough supply as his other arguement is housing is unaffordable and must drop.



    so Jason, can you clarify your opinion.

    do we currently have an undersupply of housing in Australia or plenty of houses?
