RETAIL: Bargain King Dollar has leased 3,365 square feet at Braesgate Shopping Center at Braeswood and Fondren. Crystal Childs represented the landlord, Centro Properties Group. 4-July

RETAIL: Calderon Insurance Agency has leased 1,368 square feet at North 45 Plaza. Kay Walker represented the landlord, Centro Properties Group. 28th June

RETAIL: Payless ShoeSource has leased 3,600 square feet in Broadway Shopping Center on Broadway Boulevard at Bellfort. Crystal Childs represented the landlord, Centro Properties Group. 26th June

RETAIL: Its Fashion Metro has leased 9,810 square feet in Northtown Plaza at Interstate 45 and Tidwell. Mark Davis of Davis Commercial represented the tenant. Crystal Childs represented the landlord, Centro Properties Group. 13 June
