Thanks for posting the answer. What confuses me is the part about "not a mechanism to make the market but to meet the market" - but "meeting the market" at lower and lower sp is in effect "making the market", is it not ? I understand that we want to buy back as much as possible for as little as possible but we don't want holders to think they will be further in the Red after buy back either, otherwise possibly some of us that intend to hold may in fact short this stock instead.
