acquisition competition abated

Healthe's website shows that their last acquisition was a hospital in Brunswick in August 2009. This of course predates Dr Kadish joining PHG at a time when PHG was not that strong.

But August 2009 suggests that Healthe may be receding as competition for acquisitions....nothing from them in the last year. Does anyone know any more along those lines?
