Most investors want a discovery like AZS, LTR, LRS, PMT, but they found it's impossible here, so not many have interest here. They would rather try some more risky ones with possbile potentials.
After SP gets smashed again and again, MC is only 19M, a safe zone for me. Bynoe area is indeed a very special area. Lithium bearing pegs here go down sharply. But not all of them are useless, if they can find a peg like CXO's BP33, it's still valuable. So I hope CHR can find something similar.
And also, Lake Jonhson tenement has some good spods, yes, too thin. But the drilling area is tiny and drilling is shallow, so it has potential as well. It's not the end of the story
