The one aspect that JD raised that I don't understand is, what is the purpose of building a "war chest". Given the nature of this Company is to own its assets and machinery and plant outright then why don't they purchase another drilling rig or two and place them at the Maldon mine site and drill the heck out of that. Prove up the reserves as fast as possible to justify reopening that mine. I'm particularly keen to find out what the Nuggety holds.
What purpose does a "war chest" serve unless its to conduct M&A.
Anyone care to speculate?
