I believe the report that you mentioned "McGrathNicol has told Alita’s investors that Austroid intends to file a new submission to FIRB but notes the conditions of the DOCA have to be met by August 17" was the announced dated 19 July 2023 ( see attachment).So, before Austroid make another new application for DoCA approval...on 20 July 2023,FIRB announced rejection of Austroid DoCA.

There is zilch change of Austroid DoCA being approved after FIRB has decided to prohibit Austroid from taking over Alita.
