The likely sh!tfight to come might also be a factor in Scott Lowe departing intact, although to me it looks more like an attempt at bullying/devising a fait accompli by Fraser to keep the incumbents in control. Imo he’s got a full takeover in mind (not simply offloading Morila) and of course 17.6% of Leo goes with it as this is the coveted jewel. The 249D is an unwelcome upset and one he probably thinks he can derail, although I suspect he may be underestimating the extent of the support for it behind the scenes. Time will tell!

It would be great to see the media get hold of this. Imagine " a current affair " doing a story on this, and then reporters ambushing our BOD on camera asking them difficult questions about their remuneration and behaviour, all being broadcast on national tv for the whole country to see these white collar criminals for what they really are.
