It will be very interesting to watch. I expect, on the release of the 4C, there will be a massive dump of BRN. Coordinated with the usual suspects in media screaming doom and gloom, comparing BRN with their local cafe etc...

But I am wondering whether BRN shareholders would be stupid enough to sell their shares at fire-sale prices. I suspect people subject to FOMO are also subject to fear of bankruptcy but many of those would have already sold out. There are those shareholders who only look at their holding when they get a 4C, maybe it is these shareholders the shorters are targeting.

On the other side there are the shareholders that understand BRN tech and recognise the prospects. They are patient and realize it does take some time to implement world changing technology. Many of these will be quite happy to top up at bargain prices.

Of course we could get an BRN announcement of a material licence..... Won't that be fun,but I suspect real revenue is sometime off.

The quest remains how are the shorters going to get cover? I am much happier with BRN 25% of my portfolio ( current return 65%pa) than I would be shorting it.

The shorters who sold last August stand to make good returns. God know what the shorters who sold last week are thinking.
