Curious why EBRD took an equity position in EMH, Its probably the best group we could hope for this placement as they are not going to sell their new holdings IMHO so no threat of flippers and now they are on the registry bodes well for future financing and approvals from EU regulators..
I think it was more strategic than financial outcomes driving the BOD on this one...
