The paper plants a big facility, if you look on google maps, Far bigger than the set up at NAL.
I guess reusing some of the existing infrastructure would save costs, pretty sure there’s a train track beside it etc etc.
Could be a bargain….
I wonder how many people were employed at the Paper plant.
Perhaps there would be to much going on at NAL to run a Hydroxide plant concurrently with all the other operations.
Yea could be an interesting financing situation going on behind the scenes.
