The one thing that posters on this forum seem to agree on is that Share price undervalues the business .
That the intrinsic value of the shares is higher than their Market value .

There is no doubt that the Buy Back is increasing the intrinsic value of the remaining SOI .That is just simple arithmetic.

They have been doing exactly what they said they would do and are on track to buy the amount of shares in their time plan .
However I would like to see them buy more aggressively at 1.2 cents as there seems to be volume there probably because there is a small profit for the 1.1 cent options at that price point .
I would also like them to get share holder approval to increase the buyback if they approached the maximum numbers allowed in this buyback .

This is an extremely strange forum .
I invest in a few small energy businesses and most are in the doldrums and their HC forums have very few posts with little to say .

This forum has huge numbers of posts in comparison .
Mainly negative and based on a FALACY that the business buying 118 million has driven the share price down .

SELLING DRIVES SHARE PRICES DOWN NOT BUYING .

If the business Announced that they were going to cancel the BB and raise more equity from share holders that would be buying and it would lower the share price .

The real chance that there will be worldwide recession and what that would do to the price of oil over hangs Energy company shares at the moment .
I think without the buyback that the SP would be a pip or two below where the market is now .

Frankly I share Nashezz's frustration at the storm of negative financially naive posts on this forum about the buyback .
The fact that the business is now in a position to buy back shares comfortably distinguishes it from a lot of other Energy company minnows .
