    100% agreed , very arrogant of management to inform
    timelines. We consolidated for Institutional support?
    Where was it ?
    Was there any?
    Many institutions back green steel etc and data room has been open for a while. Also many invest at early stages.

    Why did none of them put money in or if they did would be marginal?
    Are they all waiting for
    cap raising rather than on market buying?
