In this case we'll have to agree to disagree DaLatta as you still haven't proven anything to me as yet.
Polo could have paid a smaller dividend of 2p and it would still have been seen to be decent. The fact that they have decided to pay 3p is just a bonus to it's shareholders IMO.
If need be they could have also financed a small portion for an additional dividend but instead they have chosen to offload EXT to PART pay for the dividend. Don't forget that Polo is already cashed up and has a very nice balance sheet. I don't see the enormous desperation to sell EXT that is being made out but each to their own IMHO.
