The recent media articles are speculation and they have no news regarding the Ryde centre that they can make public. Property values are now holding the rises are still to come. Good to see some buyers returning in the last couple of days. The recent sellers are going to be feeling sick when the end of year results are released and the market has corrected the value of this oversold stock.
