I am puzzled by your response to my post, I assume you are reading more into it than is there. Ok here are some questions, how confident are you that all the salt produced will find a profitable market and none of it will need to be encapsuled over the 20 or 30 years the project is likely to run for? What influence will desalination projects have on the supply of caustic soda and salt? Desalination projects are likely to greatly increase around the world and they have a brine problem to deal with to.
