Synthetic graphite has become much cheaper to produce in China, with lower environmental considerations.
Natural graphite is better for the environment at present, but competition will make hard for companies like EGR to make any headway. Other companies SYR are throttled by demand for natural flake, what hope does a new competitor have? I would suggest close to zero for the next 2 years.

Pressure also on broader market, jumbo flake, but not as extreme and WKT has the plant being built during this lull, it will be cyclic. WKT first production may correspond to the upturn
