They are Good not out of the park though, but definitely good, I am just looking to diversify LTR profits elsewhere. Calculated punt haha.

The world's largest REE mine, the Bayan Obo mine in China, has an average ore grade of about 6% TREO, and the Mountain Pass mine in California, another significant REE mine, has an average ore grade of about 8% TREO. However, many other REE mines and deposits around the world have average grades that are lower than 1.75% TREO. For example, the Mt Weld mine in Australia (owned by Lynas), considered to be one of the highest grade REE mines in the world, has an average grade of about 1.5% TREO.
