Lets see if I can redeem myself here..
Simon Hay and Rick Crabb have been highly successful in joint Australia/Africa mining operations, and the value of that experience will shine through in this situation, We couldn't be in more capable hands.
Trust the company and Mali will continue their very good, harmonious relationship.
The previous MOM was hosted by Simon in WA showcasing what best industry practice they can expect replicated at Goulemina. Doing the same for the new MOM would be ideal if there was interest.
Undoubtedly there will be a much deeper understanding of each others concerns, imagined and real, in their face to face meetings this week which could explain the delay as top management arrive in Mali.
Face to Face meetings confers respect for the new MOM and better understanding between the parties.
Then its up to the MOM to decide what changes if anything.
