Heritage Act is not what you memtioned in your post. That being said, I recently visited Walyering and also drove through the Condor permit for that exact purpose. As part of my risk assessment I wanted to know what the lead areas were like with my own eyes. You may wish to do that yourself if you haven't already done so. Much better than reading about it.
