Folks,

To be strictly fair, manipulation, in my opinion, appears to be the cause of the chronically weak share price rather then the poor royalty quarter so it probably isn't his fault.

HOWEVER, the manipulators/short sellers would be well aware that BTA is sitting on approx $100m so if the board are not forthcoming with a dividend announcement they would be tempting fate. ALSO, merely IN MY OPINION.
