For what its worth, The Foundation for the Study of Cycles has a topping process between Aug 18 and Sep 30.
I think that fits all our calls.
The low after they have Nov 1.
Carolan's theory of a few days before the 8th new moon after the March equinox would say about that as new moon is Nov 6.
I do query that , but don't say wrong, as I think it can be one new moon earlier which is Oct 7 and so can be more in line with ninelives and Sierra and would suggest Oct 4 maybe, unless that is a high and often has been.
