Ann: OFFER REJECTED, UPDATED GUIDANCE , page-4

Phone call just received made on behalf of AEC seeking feeling on the offer. When I advised I was in the "rejection camp" the caller personally advised to do nothing about the offer and await more details from AEC. I pressed for her opinion on the general feeling of all the many calls she has made today but, unfortunately, could glean nothing of use. Now left wondering whether CPB may raise their offer or is it just the usual practice for the Company under offer to shore up/seek shareholders' thinking. In any event, Ammtec are apparently sending out further paperwork to s/holders imminently.
