Gareth sounds like he’s on top of everything, and understands the technical operations down to the minute details.
He was able to explain, off the cuff to questions from different brokers, about the complex nature of refining Spodumene, water management, underground mine construction, all down to the exact detail.
He strikes me as a man that is no fuss, runs a no nonsense a tight ship. He’s not one for exaggeration and won’t stop to to blow his trumpet. Sounds like more an operations than a media man.
Perhaps he could provide more frequent operational updates, but I would much prefer him being on the ground managing and whipping our mine into shape.
Fairly confident he will be able to deliver solid results with this attitude.
