This is an investment in chinese production and chinese offtake helping china export Indo Ni to china dirt cheap. In china they then convert it to quadruple the price for final product and briquettes whilst minimising tax and wages for the native Indos & ATO.
A chinese laundromat operation.
Not a fair trade for the Indos, ATO, Oz holders or the west you would think.
But i guess that you knew that right?
