    My DCF valuation indicates a value of 35c for the 2ktpa operation. It seems the consensus is that there are zero chances for the 10 ktpa expansion to go ahead.

    Provided there are chances to get the DIA approvals, there will be upside. The market has started to think AGY might not get the green light. Buit there is nothing (but the delay itself) that suggests there will be no DIA approval.
