Ann: Becoming a substantial holder from SER, page-2

Regal Funds' latest sell was on 03/07/2023 (sold 600k @2c following the selling of 300k @2.2c on 26/06/23). They still have circa 7m remaining per 19/07/2023 SubNotice. Personally never a big fan of Regal (especially when they want to exit a stock/position; today's large drop is probably also linked but don't have evidence personally will have to wait for possible sub notice again). Interestingly the ANN of completion of the acquisition of SER' East Tennant Project (five tenements) came after Regal's most recent sell coincidently.
MDI has relatively small register - some 140m now and still had circa $3m end of March 2023 (plus around $1m in holdings in other 2 stocks).
