That's interesting about Danone, I didn't know that. Hardly seems like a vote of confidence in the risk vs. reward for the USA market, however could have been other factors at work in that decision I guess.
Yeah the customer support thing should be read with caution. It's a company source, but it's not from management directly. I got non-answers the first one or two times but they said that after I probed a bit. It sounds like probably an internal expectation/timeline that may or may not have been intended for public consumption.
