I feel it's good time for CXO and CHR to work together.
Both companies should accept the reality after the big bash. CXO needs more resource, while CHR needs find its resource. They should sign a MOU to achieve a win-win relationship.
CXO drilling is very fast. After completing drilling at Ah Hoy, their next focus will be Black Beard.
