Management have > 50% shares. They will decide what is reasonable. Again, I cant see LPI selling for below $1.50 purely based on previous brine sales.
Picture this: I have a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house that I'm trying to sell for $500,000. However, the identical house right next door, with the same number of rooms and amenities, is on the market for $1 million. Given these circumstances, you would likely hesitate to let go of your house for a mere $500,000.
