Interesting - by product and can be sold. Wow. He deserved to stay in his position. He needs time. This mine has just started and up and running, I think peoples expectation is a bit too high for a junior producer. When they were faced with problems such as rain, he solved it, didn't he. I think people should give him some credit.. good thing is --- the kitty has grown to 150++ mil.
