All valid points.
LTR and the Tjiwarl native land owners were able to negotiate that resulted in LTR's original plan for an open-cut mine modified to be underground on the grounds an open-cut would cause a greater impact. A win-win for both parties. There's no reason why AZS are unable to use the Tjiwarl agreement as a blue-print on overcoming heritage issues.
Time will tell if said heritage issues are a show stopper. It's part of the risk vs reward of investing.
