This is the only one I’m aware off and so advanced..
I won’t have much to add info wise , that many long term posters on here will already know, however, the proposed site of the plant is only a 25-30 min drive out to Darwin cbd.
so ill try and keep an eye on progress,(pics if possible) pretty sure the company will be spruiking all the progress pics themselves, looking ahead, if you haven’t invested in the NT before, always factor in the weather..
I’m not sure off the companies exact timeline, but we do have the wet season kick in late in the year, so factor in delays around then (unless a lot is pre-fab?) if there’s construction going on.
Red tape wise- the NT is getting better lately, but that’s because an election is coming up and the Gov need to get projects moving..
