Maybe directors and corporate advisors are feeling a bit guilty how they have mistreated loyal shareholders thus far and figure its about time they started performing their mandated primary duty re fair value maintenance.
They could have and should have raised cap at 15c and held it there instead of diluting us like they did.
Same time PRC is turning the screws on REEs supply and prices going up. Peer group LYC and ARU also coming alive. Tho NTU's HREE paydirt level leaves them for dead. We only need to find some tonnage over the exposed 11 sq km to go with them high grades at surface.
