thanks. Winshear said they expect a decision any day, maybe 3mos max, not sure what Dec you are referring to. the fact it has no cash and nothing else is good bec it means there is no other option than to sell the award when it gets handed down to a third party (ie no reinvestment risk).
obvi disagree w you on CMD (thats what makes a market). quantum of upside vs current mkt cap is completely different and you have lit financing catalyst ahead of you. also i believe CMD claim will be revised up, substantially (ie another catalyst).
