Strategic reason for releasing the announcement would be to tell shareholders someone is valuing this at $0.20 when the share price is below this.
No brainer really.
Got to wonder what Colby's reasons for not announcing this earlier were...
What shareholder would be against a rocket being placed under the share price.
Imagine if you sold this last Weds.... and wouldn't have if this had been announced.
Time to put in the A team in creating shareholders value - Colby needs to hand this over to STX
