re: Ann: Independent review upgrades Block 31... I said all along I expected the initial 220 BOPD to increase to between 400 BOPD and 500 BOPD after the well cleaned up and the acid wash was done.
That did occur.
I then said I expected the flow to further increase above the 435 BOPD once weeks had passed since the acid wash as this takes time to enhance the flow. So, for this to now be flowing at 360 BOPD is a little disappointing to me. I think it's also unfortunate that a farm-in is probably going to happen as "JPR own the oil 100%" was a very big plus. I can understand why they are farming in as a cap raising at this point in time is not appealing and they want to fast track this Block 31 development which may also open up other doors in Kazakhstan.
The market so far has reacted exactly as I thought.
