Voka, it is obvious that there is some difficulty returning the frac fluids and remaining proppant in a timely manner. The facts are that it can be done NATURALLY, although taking longer it will eventually be completed.
The fact that management want to avoid the expense of utilising a coil to speed things up demonstrates their lack of concern with any urgency regarding the time they think they have on their hands to get things done and then get sp past oppy strike rate to provide funding for future development.
It is conceivable that many other things are being put in place during this waiting time prior to ann of flow rates. There are indications of activity on the pipeline front including RdB's comment re "gas gatherers" at the meeting. Don't be surprised if the ann of commercial gas is supplemented with other anns re pipeline, operations on #pb1, new estimates and updated 3D siesmic survey.
